What is EFT?

All of us go through plenty of learning experiences as we grow and develop and often they are pretty uncomfortable and even painful. Then the fears and angers and other emotions we feel growing up and during our lives get stored along with the memories.

Even though we may no longer be aware of these memories similar situations in our current life can trigger the stored emotions without our having any idea why it is happening. Or they can show up as illnesses or hard to break habits or even as a general sense of danger or irritability or confusion.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) combines focusing on emotionally charged memories with tapping on acupressure points to clear out the emotions being held in the body and frees us up to be increasingly creative, loving and purposeful and to have a lot more fun in life.
